• Drive By Exterior Inspections: We will drive by your property once/week to ensure everything is in order (i.e. garbage, broken windows/doors, excessive activity, etc.)
• Interior Inspections: Once per month we can enter your tenants' apartment to make sure they are adhering to your guidelines.
• Troubleshooting: We will troubleshoot issues and act as your on-call handyperson (additional fees apply) to give you peace of mind while you are away.
• Reporting: Regular reports will be generated and delivered monthly via mail, telephone or email.
• Custom Solutions: Need something a little different? Just ask! We can devise a custom solution for you based on your needs.
